A hybrid tower effect that looks like our laminar bubble in an earthquake.

Water is sprayed from the top of the post in a semi-laminar fashion but wiggles and shakes like jello on a sugar high!
Place several on a splashzone in concert with other above and below ground features.
Can be placed anywhere on a sprayground.
